Accessibility statement

This website was built to be usable by everyone, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification or reduced motion. It targets WCAG 2.2 level AA.

What we’ve done

• Semantic HTML with one main landmark, labelled navigation and a skip link on every page
• Every interactive control reachable and operable by keyboard, with a visible focus state
• Text contrast of at least 4.5:1 against its background, and 3:1 for large text and controls
• Form fields with visible labels, error messages linked to their fields, and status messages announced to assistive technology
• Alternative text on all imagery, including the generated property illustrations and floor plans
• Animations and transitions disabled when your system requests reduced motion
• Layouts that reflow from 320px wide without horizontal scrolling
• The walkthrough assistant operates as a dialog: it traps focus while open, closes with Escape and returns focus to the button that opened it

Known limitations

• The illustrated area map is diagrammatic and is described in text rather than being navigable
• Floor plans are illustrative images with a text description of the rooms
