This website, its agents, listings, suburb figures and contact details were created by M&U Ventures to demonstrate the design and technical capabilities of a bespoke real estate platform. No property shown is for sale or rent, and no enquiry will be answered by a licensed agent.
Who operates this website
This website is a demonstration created and operated by M&U Ventures to show the design and technical capabilities of a bespoke real estate platform. Aldergate is not a registered business and does not hold a real estate licence.
What we collect
If you submit a form, the details you enter (such as your name, email address, phone number, a property address and your message) are sent by email to the demonstration’s configured inbox. The website does not store enquiries in a database, set tracking cookies or use advertising trackers.
Saved properties and your preferred results layout are stored in your own browser’s local storage and never leave your device.
How we use it
- To demonstrate how enquiries are routed and delivered on a real agency site
- To respond if you contact M&U Ventures about the demonstration
We do not sell personal information or add you to marketing lists. Our email delivery provider processes messages on our behalf.
Security
Form submissions are sent over an encrypted connection and delivered server-side. Delivery credentials are never included in the pages you download.

On a client website
